James is an esteemed professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Police Administration and a Master’s Degree in Safety/Security & Emergency Management. His distinguished career spans over 20 years in law enforcement, culminating as a retired Captain for the Kentucky State Police.
Having earned his master's from Eastern Kentucky University, James specialized in Safety, Security & Emergency Management, with a focus on Homeland Security. He shares his wealth of knowledge by instructing at multiple universities, specializing in criminal justice and security management, and leads the way in providing comprehensive training for educational, healthcare, and diverse public and private organizations.
As the founder and principal consultant of Safe-T-Sources, LLC, James is dedicated to meeting a broad spectrum of safety and security training needs, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the field.
